The Rajkot Police in Gujarat has started a unique campaign to keep two wheeler drivers safe, and at the same time, spread awareness regarding traffic rules.
During checking, two-wheeler drivers without helmets are being made to buy and wear helmets on the spot, instead of being issued challans.
