Indian men's Blind cricket team will face their Sri Lankan counterparts in a 5-match series at the Samarth championship for Blind cricket to be played at New Delhi's Karnail Singh stadium from March 11-15. A press conference regarding this was held on Monday at the Constitution Club of India.

The series is being organised by the CABI and Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, supported by Hyundai India.

Cricket Association for the Blind in India General Secretary Shailendra Yadav said support for blind cricketers is growing as more states are giving jobs to blind cricketers but BCCI support can take blind cricket to the next level.
